Hi everyone!
Now that Logan's here, I thought I would give him a crash course on blogging so he could share with you guys, too. And I thought we should change the blog to include him! From now on, we'll both be posting over at:
This is my third Saint Patrick's Day, so I know what's going on, but it was Logan's first St. Patrick's Day. I had to show him the ropes and make sure he was wearing green. Fortunately, he had a couple of appropriate outfits (thanks to Uncle Brian and Aunt Elissha for the onesie).
Grandma has been watching me while Mommy and Daddy are at the hospital with Logan. Grandma took me over to meet Logan yesterday afternoon, though. Here are Grandma and I meeting Logan.
Logan has to wear a hat all of the time to help keep him warm. I helped Daddy put on Logan's hat.
We came back to the hospital this morning. Daddy let me hold Logan for a little while. I also got a pin saying I'm a Big Brother.
This afternoon, Ms. Megan came over to meet Logan.
Mommy, Daddy and Logan have to stay at the hospital for another couple of days, but I'm sure we'll have lots of new pictures soon!.
Hi everyone!
While we're waiting for my baby brother to get here, I've been keeping busy hanging out with the cool kids in my neighborhood. Here I am coloring (and sharing snacks!) with Sophia (a.k.a. SoSo) and Owen (I call him "Owey").
And here's SoSo's sister, Sylvia. She's playing with the toy I picked out for our baby, so I'm showing her how it works.
Isn't she a cutie?
We've been considering starting a neighborhood band. Here's our first single. I think it'll be a big hit.
Here are some more pictures of Owen and I hanging out. We get pretty excited to see each other and give big hugs. We usually end up knocking each other over.
Guess what I've been up to lately?
Puzzles! And not those silly baby puzzles where you put one piece in, real puzzles with lots of pieces.
My favorite is my new Winnie the Pooh puzzle I got last week. I like to put it together over and over. Mommy set up the camera to watch me put it together. The video is a little long (and some parts are sped up- no, I'm not really that fast!), but I think they're pretty impressive puzzle skills for a two-year-old. If you stick around till the end when Mommy gets a phone call and leaves me alone, it gets pretty good.
My second new interest is....dinosaurs! And luckily, I have a dinosaur puzzle! Here I am posing proudly with my dinosaur puzzle in my dinosaur pajamas.

And some other funny things I did this week:
-We were at the playground and there was an older boy in front of me in line for the slide. He said "10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, blast off!" and went down the slide. I thought that was pretty cool, so when my turn came, I did my own countdown: "10, 8, 6, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10!"
-The window in my bedroom was open and I used my binoculars to look out onto the street. I told Mommy that I saw a Tyrannosaurus Rex outside the window!
-I went to Mommy's doctor appointment with her and while we were in the waiting room, I sneezed. I've been learning that I'm supposed to cover my nose, but this time I actually remembered and covered my sneeze. So I screamed to the whole waiting room "I DID IT!!" For some reason everyone thought that was funny.
Even though my shirt shows my love for Mommy, I love Daddy too. Here's the card I made for him.
And here are the cookies Mommy and I made for him today (I took this picture myself!).
Daddy bought Mommy a cool balloon that sings a song when you tapped it. Since I love balloons and I love things that make noise, I thought it was the perfect combination!
It lasted about an hour...
Ah well, it was a good hour. Happy Valentine's Day!
